Performance Food Group Company Receives FTC Approval For Acquisition Of Reinhart Foodservice

RICHMOND, Va.--()--Performance Food Group Company (PFG) (NYSE: PFGC) announced today that it has received approval from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to acquire Reinhart Foodservice, L.L.C. (Reinhart). PFG now expects to close the transaction on or about December 30, 2019, subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the remaining closing conditions.
