G & J Marketing and Sales announces the acquisition of Cross Marketing, based in Kenton, Ohio, beginning Jan. 1, 2013.
“We are excited to continue the support and tradition of service Jerry Sr. offered the Ohio, Kentucky, Central and Southern Indiana, and Western Pennsylvania marketplace over the past decades as we look to carry the torch in the years to come” said Greg Sidwell, owner of G&J Marketing and Sales, in a prepared statement.
This acquisition continues to increase the dynamic footprint G&J Marketing and Sales has as a National Vending Broker in the U.S. In addition, G&J Marketing and Sales is adding two sales representatives – Jim Bombeck of Ohio and Steve Niemeier of Kentucky.
According to a company statement, Judy Cross and family are pleased to allow G&J Marketing and Sales to continue the strong tradition of sales and service Jerry Sr. started in 1980 with Imperial Bondware, 1994 International Cup, and 2003 with Cross Marketing in these key states of Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and Western Pennsylvania.
