The Mexican Street Corn and Churro flavors offer crunch and flavor with better-for-you ingredients.

Hippeas is spreading peas and love with the launch of two new South-of-the-Border-style snacks: Mexican Street Corn and Churro Chickpea Puffs. The new varieties offer craving-worthy crunch and offer better-for-you attributes such as clean labels with chickpeas as the first ingredient and non-GMO project verification. With 4g of protein and 3g of fiber per 1oz serving, the fiesta-flavored Chickpea Puffs pack a punch of plant power.

  • Mexican Street Corn offers a zesty lime zing with a mellow, cheesy vibe to deliver a delicious elote puff.
  • Churro flavor is lightly sweet with a hint of cinnamon.

"As demand rises for unique and indulgent flavors, we are very excited to expand our line of Hippeas Chickpea Puffs with these two new flavors," said CMO Julia Hecht. "Not only are the puffs delicious; they contain the nutritional benefits of both protein and fiber as well as no artificial colors, flavors or ingredients of any kind," she continued.

The LTO snacks are available now at Sprouts, select retailers and the company's website.
