Hormel’s new pretzel bites and cheese tray is described by the global food brand as a first-of-its-kind snack that combines soft pretzels and a cheese cup. It can go from the refrigerator to the microwave to the table in just a few minutes.
It joins Hormel Gatherings, a recent line of snacks capitalizing on home-based working and schooling trends, resulting in smaller get-togethers.
The snack tray comes with 4 oz. of soft pretzel bites, 4 oz. of cheddar cheese sauce and a packet of sea salt, which can serve up to four people. The whole package is 8.1 oz.
Hormel pretzel bites and cheese trays will first be available in deli department at select retailers beginning in February. It’s priced between $6.99 and $7.99, similar to prices of micro market entrées.
