The Baked Bites line kicks off with the Blondie variety, but Mondelez promises additional flavors. The bites are packaged for on-the-go snacking, sharing with friends or enjoying at home. In addition to Baked Bites, Chips Ahoy! also is releasing a new flavor in their Original lineup for chocolate and caramel lovers: Chips Ahoy! Chocolate Caramel Cookie, in early 2025.
To help drive home the soft, sweet charms of the new Baked Bites, the brand launched a sweepstakes where the grand prize is an immersive stay in limited-edition Baked Bites hotel rooms at the Arlo Midtown in New York. The Chips Ahoy! “snacks-perience” will give the winners a comfortable bed with a soft, plush comforter and pillows to look like a soft Baked Bite; square Baked Bite pillows; plush Chips Ahoy! slippers and cozy robes; branded wall and framed artwork; blue accent lighting; Baked Bite-scented toiletries; and a terrace with Chips Ahoy! furniture overlooking the city skyline. “The introduction of Baked Bites follows a year filled with delicious Chips Ahoy! innovations from the Mmm-proved Original recipe reveal and Crunchy Gluten Free Cookie, to seasonal limited editions and Big Chewy Cookies,” said Sabrina Sierant, Chips Ahoy! senior director, said in a release.
