Kansas City, MO – October 24, 2019 – Hostess^® Brands has added an Iced Berries & Cream Cheese Danish to its roster of beloved treats, tapping into mounting consumer demand for on-the-go breakfast and all-day snacking options, as well as insights that revealed an overwhelming preference for icing. 

The Iced Berries & Cream Cheese Danish consists of a flaky puff pastry with a melt-in-your-mouth buttery texture and a decadent cream cheese and mixed berry fruit filling. The pastry is topped with a drizzle of icing, a newly added dimension of delicious sweetness that imparts an aesthetically pleasing design. Each Danish – which also comes in Cream Cheese and Apple Cinnamon varieties – is sold individually wrapped so the treat can be enjoyed on-the-go.
