Food Management recently wrote about credit card company American Express, which gave employees the option to return to the company's NYC office in September through a phased approach. The company is relying upon its micro market, 38 Express to provide meals to employees. As the only dining service available on-site to employees at the time, the company has expanded offerings in the micro market, including a focus on upscale offerings and hot items.
