European Vending Association to host AGM in Milan in person or virtual: Oct. 21
Vending and coffee industry leaders are expected to convene in Milan in one month’s time for the Annual General Assembly and Conference of the European Vending and Coffee Service Association (EVA). The in-person meeting will take place Oct. 21 at the Radisson Blu Hotel.
EVA said the conference will focus on ensuring that strategies of both the association and the member companies are ready to adapt to the changed business landscape brought about by the COVID-19 crisis. That said, the conference is taking the apt title: “Shaping the industry for the new normal.”
During this transitional period, and to mark this special occasion of seeing members in person again, EVA waved all registration fees. Click here to access the registration page. And due to pandemic-related space limitations at the Milan venue, the association urged its members who plan to attend in person to register as soon as possible to reserve their space.
“We recognize however that it may not be easy or practical for everyone to attend the event in person,” an EVA spokesperson said. So, AGM speeches and conference events will also be live streamed at the Vending and Coffee Solutions Hub.
Virtual and physical participants will be able to interact through the Hub; virtual audience members will be able to ask questions to presenters. Onsite participants will be treated to lunch in the afternoon, and cocktails and dinner during the evening.
Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Brussels, the European Vending and Coffee Service Association represents all segments of the vending, workplace coffee and water dispensing industries in the European Union and adjacent nations.
