Quench buys Go Pure Austin

Filtered-water solutions provider Quench USA Inc. said it has acquired Go Pure Water Technology, aka Go Pure Austin, of Austin, TX. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2016, Go Pure Austin is a well established provider of point-of-use drinking water systems and ice dispensers.

“We are excited to welcome Go Pure Austin’s customers to the Quench family,” said Quench COO Todd Peterson. “This acquisition is our 15th in 2021. It doubles our customer base in the fast-growing Austin market and aligns with our ongoing commitment to our dealers from startup to exit.”

Headquartered in King of Prussia, PA, Quench is a Culligan company serving more than 60,000 customers in the U.S. and Canada.
