Campus technology provider ITC Systems has been sold to its management team, the company reported.
“I am so pleased to welcome Chris Michele and Andrew White as the new owners of ITC Systems,” said former ITC owner and chief executive Cam Richardson.
Founded in 1989, ITC Systems maintains offices in St Louis and Toronto. Its self-serve unattended cashless payment terminals and related software are widely used on higher-education campuses in North America.
ITC develops print software and closed loop campus commerce software in combination with its hardware products. Applications include POS, copy and print control, foodservice outlets, vending machines, laundry and parking, among others.
