With this new appointment, Ferrero continues its work building a culture of diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity.
PARSIPPANY, N.J. November 11, 2020 – Ferrero North America, part of the global confectionery company Ferrero Group, today announced that Kamillah Knight has joined the company as Director, Diversity and Inclusion for North America. In this new role, Knight will be responsible for advancing Ferrero’s global efforts on diversity in North America and help shape the company’s inclusivity strategy across the region. Knight will report to Feng Ye, Vice President of Talent and Diversity for Ferrero North America.
“Kamillah’s strong background and experience fostering inclusive cultures will help accelerate our existing efforts into more strategic action,” said Ye. “We are excited for Kamillah to join our team so that we can continue to drive greater accountability as we grow and expand our diversity and inclusion efforts.”
Knight joins Ferrero from Unilever where she held various roles over her five-year tenure, most recently serving as the Diversity and Inclusion Lead for the consumer-packaged goods company. In her position, she developed inclusivity training that provided leaders with education and skills to better manage diverse talent and also managed events and partnerships that supported Unilever’s diversity plans.

As a member of Ferrero North America’s Human Resources team, led by Antonio Bogi, Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Ferrero North America, Knight will help build and deploy diversity and inclusion strategies and programs to attract, cultivate and elevate diverse talent. She will also work collaboratively with business leaders to create tools and resources to support the adoption of practices and behaviors that enable a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Knight holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Sociology, a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Environmental Policy, and a Diversity and Inclusion for Human Resources Certificate from Cornell University. She is currently pursuing an Executive Master of Business Administration from Cornell.
