NAMA Announces ELN Fly-In Scholarship Program

May 12, 2016

(Chicago) May 12, 2016 –This week, NAMA unveiled the ELN Fly-In Scholarship Program, a new effort supporting the 2016 DC Fly-In.

“The goal of the program is to promote the participation of young professionals – a demographic important to the growth of the industry -- at this year’s event,” said Eric Dell, NAMA’s SVP of Government Affairs. “Working in partnership with the Emerging Leaders Network is an important way for us to expand the reach of the Fly-In.”

According to ELN Vice Chair Elyssa Allahyar-Steiner, “By supporting key NAMA initiatives, including the Fly-In, ELN is underscoring their commitment to making a significant difference in the industry.”

Emerging Leaders and NAMA’s GA Team are working to encourage companies to sponsor an ELN member(s)’s attendance.

“At $500, these sponsorships will be used to off-set the ELN attendee’s travel to DC, effectively increasing the overall participation in the Fly-In and training our future leaders how to be powerful advocates - major goals for NAMA,” said Dell. “NAMA will spotlight sponsors through signage and at key events throughout the Fly-In.”

Applications for the ELN Fly-In Scholarship can be found on the NAMA DC Fly-In website, www.namaflyin.org/eln. The deadline for the scholarship application is Wednesday, June 1 with sponsorship winners announced Monday, June 6.
