New Products In Peoria, IL CityLink Vending Machines A Huge Success

The CityLink transit center in Peoria, IL, has seen more traffic at its vending machines after the offerings were updated to include healthier snack and beverage varieties, according to the Peoria Journal Star. CityLink added several new machines and expanded offerings to include hardboiled eggs, tuna, yogurt, fruit and milk after suggestions from the operations staff in January.

Many of the drink and snack options cost $1.50, or $1.60 with a credit card, which is more than the cost of a bus fare.
