As part of our ongoing mission to provide value to our membership, USG will be conducting seminars during the Coffee Tea & Water Show, which is being held November 2nd - 4th at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in Washington DC. In the highly competitive vending, OCS and micro market environment, a low cost of goods is critical. USG’s negotiated rebate programs and exclusive PurchasePower program can certainly help in achieving a better cost of goods. USG also has a focus on the micro market segment providing incremental rebates as well as end-consumer promotions. We will present an update on our current USG Micro Market Merchandising Roadmap initiative. USG, along with nine key product manufacturers, are in the midst of doing a major analysis of product movement, product selection, category layout, and market layout.
The USG seminars will be conducted during the times allocated for educational sessions in the same area of the conference center as the CTW seminars.
