Florida City Requires Vending Operators To Seek Development Review Board Approval Before Placing Machines

In a move to encourage “mom and pop” shopping, Mayor Gary Burhn of Windermere, Fla. announced owners of outdoor ATMs and operators of outdoor vending machines would now be required to present future locations to a development review board for approval, according to My Fox Orlando.
