Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway Acquires IMI Dispensing Operations

Marmon Group, part of Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway, announced it has acquired the British engineering company IMI’s dispensing and merchandising operations  for $1.1 billion, according to the Wall Street Journal. The IMI beverage dispensing unit makes vending machines and recorded a six percent decline in the first half of 2013. Full article.
