Police Charge Barren Springs, Va. Couple With Vending Thefts

A Barren Springs, Va. husband and wife are facing charges in a series of vandalism and thefts from soft drink machines two weekends ago. They also are suspects in similar incidents in Carroll and Pulaski counties, according to WSLS-TV in Roanoke, Va.
