Accent Food Services Buys Stephenville, TX-based M.L. Phinney Distribution

Accent Food Services has completed an asset purchase agreement with M. L. Phinney Distribution located in Stephenville, TX. As part of this transaction, Accent Food Services will begin integrating the employees and customers previously operated by M.L. Phinney. This is the third acquisition of its kind for Accent this year.
