The Versatron APT excels at packing reverse tapered, locking shape, trigger and unstable bottles, flasks and other containers that are traditionally difficult to handle.
Powered by a high-speed servo motor, the Versatron’s state-of-the-art APT technology pulls products into the packing area, eliminating line pressure and avoiding jams in the packaging process. The machine is equipped with a unique beaded lane guide to eliminate friction as containers are carried along the conveyor belt, which helps to avoid any locking or shingling. Additionally, the Versatron APT’s sensors detect the number of bottles to guarantee that each case is packed properly. Unlike many traditional case packers, which simply drop containers into their respective packaging, the Versatron APT case packer gently “catches” each container to ensure that each package is filled without damage.
Providing a robust, low-maintenance packing solution, the APT is the ultimate choice for handling containers ranging from 4 to 128 ounces and a variety of case types including corrugated, HSC, RSC, tablock, tray, bliss case, partitions, basket carrier, and plastic. Available in non-indexing and indexing case feed, the Versatron APT Case Packer runs at speeds up to 70 CPM, with a maximum of 8 lanes operating simultaneously.
