    C. Cretors and Company offers the Echols Microflake Ice Shaver ideal for any concession merchandiser looking to shave ice as fine as snow for shaved ice treats. 

    The Echols Microflake Ice Shaver has an easily adjustable blade angle for fine or extremely fine ice and comes equipped with an electric foot control for a user-friendly hands free operation.  The blade is made from hardened 440A stainless steel and can shave commercial or homemade frozen ice cubes. Shaved ice can be topped with special Hawaiian-style formulated syrups that bond to the “snow” instead of quickly settling in the bottom of the cup.
