SandenVendo America's V21i IoT vending machine is intuitive, interactive and inclusive. More than a traditional vending machine the V21i IoT is a digital kiosk with numerous channels of revenue.
The V21i is equipped with an intuitive user interface on a 32” 1080p touchscreen digital display. The screen can be divided into three horizontal sections that can display different videos, pictures and merchandise. The imaging features increase visibility, promote local events and services, showcase products and generate revenue on advertisements. The V21i also has a built-in speaker with optional subwoofer and soundbar output.
The V21i uses one touch programming method to replace traditional four-button programming. It is equipped with network capability for Wi-Fi, Ethernet and and cellular data. The V21i is QR code accessible to enable contactless payment, which eliminates the need to install credit card readers and bill validators. Optional features include beacon capabilities, GPS module and network capability.
The V21i is virtually accessible from any location. There is no longer the need to drive to a vending machine to change prices or product labels. The network capability and programming software allows the creation and updating of the machine from a mobile device. The V21i has a built-in management program that sends email notifications, which provide the operator with low stock alerts, sales analysis, and real time alarms. The email notifications help to reduce downtime and increase efficiency. Additionally, all V21i software updates are done over the air (OTA).
The V21i mobile age-verification application allows the user to purchase alcoholic beverages from the machine.
V21i also boasts a multi-cart system that allows customers to purchase multiple products during one transaction.
