NAMA Requests Feedback In OCS Route Driver Survey

NAMA, in partnership with Michigan State University, is conducting a first-of-its kind survey to identify ways to improve service quality between OCS route drivers and clients. The findings of this research will be shared at OneShow in Las Vegas. 

OCS Operators, Route Drivers and their clients are invited to participate via these three survey links:
