Herbert Hyman, founder of the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf with his wife, Mona, and former vending and office coffee service provider, died at the age of 82, according to the Los Angeles Times. Hyman was considered a grandfather of specialty coffee by colleagues. Full article.
