Vending and coffee machine manufacturer Evoca Group said it has begun selling Saeco and SGL commercial coffee brewers on Amazon.
Evoca said the move will allow it “to access new market segments and look for new customers operating beyond the company’s traditional prospects.”
A selection of SGL coffee machines has already been available on Amazon Business, the internet retailer’s marketplace for companies and professionals, since early this year, Evoca noted. And the Italy-based company currently offers other products at Amazon.it.
To purchase one an Evoca commercial coffee machine at Amazon Business, buyers need to be a legal entity and have a registered Amazon Business account. Then, the purchase of coffee machines works like buying any other product at the retail site. To expedite orders, Amazon Prime is used to deliver equipment.
On the platform, Evoca said potential buyers can still interact with the company’s salesforce to ask questions and request more information. They can connect with Evoca reps to ask about prices by quantity or request specific quotations.
To kick start its Amazon sales program, Evoca is marketing three machine families (two from Saeco and one from SGL) that are simple to delivery and install.
Saeco Royal boasts a bold design and stylish aesthetic. It is equipped with a capacitive interface, with realistic images and an iconographic display, which makes choosing the beverage simple and intuitive. It even supports fresh milk recipes.
The Aulika Evo, also from Saeco, features an eye-catching modern design. Its dispensing area stands out with blue and white LED lighting, which changes according to the phases of drink preparation. Equipped with high-capacity containers, Aulika Evo is available in four versions for coffee drinks or even one touch fresh milk drinks.
Smarty is a new SGL model. It is compatible with a variety of capsule formats. GL Smarty is described as compact, versatile and easy to use; it’s sold in manual or automatic coffee dosing versions.
Evoca said it is planning to expand its online marketing in France and Spain and build an e-commence presence on other platforms like Alibaba.
