Cafe X Names Young Han Chief Operating Officer

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cafe X today announced that Young Han, formerly a Limelight Health and Philz Coffee Executive, has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer. Young brings nearly 10 years of coffee experience and over 15 years of retail expertise to Cafe X. Most recently, he held multiple executive roles at Limelight Health including VP of Operations and VP of People & Culture. Prior, he spent 3 years as the Director of Marketing for Philz Coffee, helping the brand with its national expansion. Young also spent several years at Starbucks where he managed over 15 locations across the Bay Area and was the spokesperson for their Got Milk? Ad campaign.
As Chief Operating Officer, Young will spearhead expansion, continue development of Cafe X’s retail experience, lead marketing, and run business operations.

In the coming months, Cafe X will be launching its newest Robotic Coffee Bars at several airports in the U.S. and will be unveiling its highly demanded licensing business model. The company is also working on expansion to new markets in 2020, including New York City.
