A producer of organic, cold-pressed juice products has expanded distribution for Real Fruit Soda. Manufactured by Evolution Fresh, Real Fruit Soda appeals to consumers seeking better-for-you functional beverages. According to NielsenIQ, the category is projected to reach $277 billion by 2033.
Each Evolution Fresh Real Fruit Soda is made with organic, freshly squeezed fruit juice. The soda alternative does not contain added sugar, which means each can has 5g of sugar and 35 to 45 calories. The functional beverage contains prebiotic fiber, probiotics, and antioxidant Vitamin C to help support digestive and immune health.
“While many consumers are becoming very conscious of the ingredients in the products that they ingest, they still crave their guilty pleasures like soda,” said Alice Nelen, vice president of marketing at Evolution Fresh, in a release.
Four soda flavors — tropical mango, strawberry vanilla, lemon-lime, and orange squeeze — are marketed through Whole Foods and directly from Evolution Fresh.
