Odyssey Functional Energy is expanding its footprint in the energy drink market and leaning into the convenience services channel with clean-label beverages designed for wellness-minded consumers. The brand combines natural caffeine and functional ingredients to deliver sustained energy, cognitive support and mood enhancement without the crash associated with traditional energy drinks.
The company exhibited at the Atlantic Coast Expo (ACE) in Myrtle Beach, S.C. The brand’s participation at ACE underscores its commitment to expanding beyond retail into unattended retail and workplace refreshment channels.

Odyssey’s proprietary blend includes organic Lion’s Mane and Cordyceps mushrooms, green tea caffeine, Panax Ginseng, and L-Theanine — ingredients the company notes are associated with focus, endurance and mental clarity. The energy drinks are made with fruit juice, and without added sugar, high fructose corn syrup, aspartame, sucralose, taurine, and synthetic preservatives.
The rise of Odyssey aligns with broader market trends toward functional and natural beverages. According to a recent McKinsey Future of Wellness report, the global wellness market reached $1.8 trillion in 2024, with U.S. growth led by younger consumers seeking natural ingredients and real performance benefits.
