National Beverage Corp. reported record first-quarter net sales of $331 million for the period ending Aug. 2, 2025, up from $329 million a year earlier, the company said Thursday. Operating income rose to $71 million, and earnings per share came in at 60 cents.

Despite a slight decline in case volume, the company said growth was fueled by price and product mix improvements. Operating cash flow reached $59 million, bringing total cash on hand to $250 million.

LaCroix, the company’s flagship brand, led the performance with strong organic growth in the club channel, supported by the “Deliciously Magical” variety pack and four newly launched flavors. National Beverage emphasized its focus on innovation, aiming to maintain product consistency and quality across channels, including vending and workplace programs.

The company reiterated its commitment to shareholders, noting more than $1.5 billion in dividends returned over the past two decades and a 135% increase in total revenue.

For convenience services operators, the report highlights continued strength in sparkling water and flavored beverage segments, offering potential opportunities for vending, micro markets and office coffee service partnerships.
