Tapping into the trend of personalized beverage concoctions, where consumers shape the final flavor of well-known beverages by adding unexpected twists to their favorite beverages, Pepsi has launched limited-time pop-ups in New York in the latest leg of its Drips tour.
Drips offers Pepsi fans “a premium experience” with unique recipes crafted by expert mixologists. Iconic products like Pepsi, Mtn Dew, Rockstar and Lipton Iced Tea are enhanced with fruit syrups, creams, popping boba, fruits and berries, among other mix-ins.
The Drips by Pepsi truck will be in Domino Park at the Williamsburg waterfront in Brooklyn on weekends through September 29. The mixologists will offer:
- Pepsi Forever S'mores, which includes Pepsi, coconut and lime finished with smores over whipped cream
