Berkeley, Calif. Considers Soda Tax, Polls Voters

The Berkeley, Calif. City Council will conduct a poll of its voters to gauge whether or not they would support a proposed penny-per-ounce soda tax, according to NACS. If the response to the tax is positive, it could be included in the city-wide ballot in November 2014. Full article.
