Appeals Court Declares New York Large Soda Ban Unconstitutional

The state Supreme Court Appellate Division court has ruled that New York board of health overstepped its legal authority and acted too much like a legislature when it put a size limit of soda that could be sold in the city, according to the Associated Press. The court declared the action unconstitutional. Full article.
