The National Automatic Merchandising Association opened nominations this week for its 2021 Industry Awards and Coffee Legend Award.
NAMA is encouraging its members are to nominate peers and colleagues with a demonstrated history of leadership and excellence for the industry’s Person, Operator, Allied Member and Coffee Legend of the year.
Created to recognize and commend exemplary leaders in the convenience services industry, all four awards will be presented at The NAMA Show and Coffee Tea & Water in New Orleans this August.
“Convenience services industry leaders have been essential in navigating the challenges the industry has faced this year,” said NAMA executive vice president Eric Dell. “We’re thrilled to begin the process of recognizing how these individuals have contributed to the advancement of the industry.”
Candidates must be a current member of NAMA in good standing and exhibit active participation with NAMA, state councils and their communities. Nominees should be innovative, possess a willingness to expand conventional practices and follow consistent ethical business standards in accordance with the NAMA code of ethics.
