365 Retail Markets to offer exclusive demo, new product sneak peek at this week's NAMA Show

Aug. 16, 2021

After a one-year hiatus, the vending, micro market and OCS industry is coming together once again for the 2021 NAMA Show and Coffee Tea & Water. Thousands of industry professionals will be flocking to New Orleans this week for a first look at new products, education sessions and networking.

Troy, MI-based 365 Retail Markets will be showcasing new products and features at its double-decker NAMA booth #1027, including live demos of its newest addition, the PicoMarket. The company will also be offering a sneak peek at the latest generation of kiosks, the MM6 kiosk.

“365 Retail Markets is excited to share the innovation we’ve brought to the marketplace and provide a peek into the future at NAMA 2021, starting with our Touchless Transaction Technology, allowing operators to offer everything from markets, vending and even coffee using the 365Pay app in a totally touchless way,” said Ryan McWhirter, vice president of product.

“365Dining will also be showcased with OrderAhead features, including the optional 365Locker -- a secure holding solution for meal deliveries -- and a sneak peek at the new MM6 kiosk running a brand-new consumer experience," he added. "And last but not least, attendees will be amazed at the new PicoMarket, our latest extension of the 365 PicoPlatform that offers a remarkable self-checkout experience in our most compact and versatile form-factor yet.”

At the 365 booth, attendees will have an up-close look at 365Pay, the industry’s most used market mobile app. The app offers the most efficient and easiest way to stay up to date on new and exciting products and promotions being offered at locations.

Attendees can also demo the PicoMarket, a standalone self-service solution that can bring convenience to smaller locations, become part of your OCS offering or even just help streamline the checkout experience in larger markets. The PicoMarket tabletop self-service technology is flexible to fit any type or size location and is a great way to get into unattended retail with lower startup costs. Be sure to visit their NAMA booth, #1027, to learn more about when you can receive your exclusive demo.

For those operators attending the Coffee Tea & Water show specifically, 365 Retail Markets will be set up at CTW booth #309 with a safe and automated coffee experience featuring touchless technology. Both CTW and NAMA booths will showcase how 365 can offer one complete convenience technology ecosystem.

Increase your knowledge

The NAMA Show and CTW are continuing the tradition of offering many opportunities for operators to expand their knowledge through key education sessions. 365 Retail Markets’ Ryan McWhirter and Jim Versical will be hosting a session called “Matching Clients to Their Proper Equipment Solutions” on Thursday, Aug. 19 from 9 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. The session will help operators better understand the questions to ask current and potential clients to achieve optimum client and solution fit. It will also discuss how operators can spot the signs of solutions running adrift from the original plan and learn how to get back on track.

For those of you getting to the conference early, check out the preconference session entitled, “Conquering the New Micro Market Frontier” featuring 365 Retail Markets chief executive Joe Hessling. The session will take place Tuesday, August 17 from 9:00 a.m. to noon and will outline advanced approaches to operating new locations, market design, product selection, and software. Additional purchase of $49 is required for this preconference session.

"The 365 NAMA experience takes attendees on a one-of-a-kind self-service journey, where they get to experience the widest, and newest, variety of technologies all with one partner,” said Madalyn Bommarito, 365 Retail Markets' creative manager. “We have fun contests to participate in within our booth and at our 365 partner booths for a chance to WIN prizes and learn about what's trending."
